This year, it will take place in the Suncor Community Leisure Centre, with over 85,000 square feet of exhibit space, 400 exhibitors and more than 3,900 people registered to attend. The event has an international scope, with representation from 12 different countries to offer a global perspective. 

The Oil Sands Trade Show & Conference has been a big hit since its beginning in 1985. It is considered to be the largest gathering of oil sands professionals in the world, so it is a prime place for that ideal networking opportunity you've been waiting for. 

Be sure to catch the Oil Sands Main Stage Business Conference. Newly introduced in 2018, this feature brings together high-profile operators, industry leaders and government representatives to discuss pertinent issues in an open format. The presentations are free to attend with your Oil Sands Conference & Trade Show registration.

There is also a Meet the Experts series, which consists of informal presentations, hands-on demonstrations and Q&A sessions. This takes place in the trade show area daily during the show. Topics covered include health and safety, maintenance and operations, automation and digital oil sands, and environmental strategies.
