Emeco, a company driven by its commitment to a sustainable and productive mining industry, provides safe and reliable earth-moving equipment for mines all over the world. The company, established in 1972, celebrated its 40-year anniversary last year. Its growth has been impressive since then.

The company was founded as a small equipment supplier in Australia, and by 1992 it had established operations across Australia. Over the years, due to its commitment to the industry and desire to add value to customers through cost-effective equipment and service solutions, it now also has operations in Canada, Indonesia and Chile.

Emeco’s services

The company offers maintained dry rental service—where Emeco provides equipment maintenance on-site, allowing clients to focus on the job at hand—as well as just simple dry rental where clients can add Emeco equipment to their existing fleet, giving them full control over the management and maintenance of all on-site equipment. Emeco also offers quality low-hour equipment and parts for sale. Emeco's after-hire support team is always ready to help.

The Americas team is led by president Ian Testrow, an Australian who joined Emeco in October 2005. He has over 20 years of experience in the mining and civil sectors. He now lives in Edmonton.

Emeco’s commitment to service has led it to a successful 40 years. Congratulations, Emeco.
