Michael Johnson joins the Red Eagle team in Colombia

Michael Johnson, the newly appointed vice-president of exploration for Red Eagle Mining Corp., has 37 years of geological experience. He has progressed from working with grassroots exploration companies to mineral production. Johnson completed a bachelor of science degree at the University of London in 1973, and he has been registered with the American Institute of Geologists as a professional since 1992.

Johnson has worked in Honduras, Nicaragua and Colombia. His professional and personal experiences in Latin America made him an ideal candidate for a career with Red Eagle Mining Corp. in Colombia.

"We're really excited to have him on our team," said Ian Slater, CEO of Red Eagle Mining.

Red Eagle Mining Corp. specializes in gold exploration and development, and Johnson will be working on two of their flagship projects in Colombia: Pavo Real and Santa Rosa.
