EDMONTON, ALBERTA – Finning Canada, a division of Finning International Inc. (TSX: FTT), opened the doors of its first Used Equipment Centre in Acheson, Alberta just outside Edmonton on June 15.

“We are so excited to be able to use this facility to provide customers with a one-stop-shop for everything in used equipment,” said Darren Riley, GM, Alberta core industries, Finning Canada. “This consolidation of our used equipment in one central Alberta location makes it easy for our customers to access a broad range of quality used equipment from skid steers to motor graders and demo it all in one spot.”

The facility offers access to every piece of used equipment in Finning’s Alberta inventory, prepped and ready to go, plus a dedicated demonstration area where customers can test the equipment in a controlled environment. This retail outlet also offers new equipment and attachments, an on-site simulator and will be utilized as a training centre and site for demonstrating new products and technologies.

“This centrally-located store, called the Used Equipment Supercentre, allows us to showcase the variety of our product offerings,” said Jordan Reber, SVP rental and strategy, Finning Canada. “We have a dedicated team of professionals ready to help customers find the equipment and attachments that meet their business needs, and they can try before they buy in a one-stop-shop in Alberta.”

The Used Equipment Centre is located just off Highway 16A at 29211 Acheson Road in Acheson, AB and is open Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. MDT.
