Sparwood, B.C. - Teck is pleased to announce the development of a new centralized office building in Sparwood, B.C.

The scope of the project is currently being developed but it is expected that construction will begin within the next two years. Consolidating support operations will provide synergies and build additional business value while supporting the company’s long-term commitment to continued and sustainable mining in the Elk Valley.

“Our commitment to building a new central office comes from a desire to better connect our employees, contractors and business partners, while strengthening our dedication to our local communities,” said Robin Sheremeta, Senior Vice President, Coal.
