Two new Cat Simulators are announced

The new Large Track Type Tractor and Mining Truck simulators are now available

The company is proud to announce the release of two new Cat Simulator Systems for mining. The Large Track Type Tractor and Mining Truck simulators are set in an open-pit mining environment. Operators can learn the same machine applications that are found in actual mine sites but in the safety of a virtual environment.

Authentic controls combined with simulated exercises deliver a realistic training experience for operators.

The Large Track Type Tractor teaches:

Simformotion LLC announces 2013-2014 scholarship opportunity

Simformotion LLC has announced an academic collegiate scholarship opportunity for the 2013-2014 school year.

A $2,000 scholarship will be awarded to a student with an interest in pursuing a career in heavy-equipment operation, construction management, mining engineering or any heavy-equipment-related program. Students enrolled in an accredited heavy-equipment-related program at an institution that utilizes Cat Simulators as part of their training program, with a minimum GPA of 2.75, are eligible for the scholarship. The scholarship is open to students anywhere in the world meeting the criteria.

The students enrolled in community colleges, technical schools and universities are shaping the landscapes worldwide.
