Adelayde Exploration Acquires the Sisson NW Tungsten Project in New Brunswick

Adelayde Exploration Inc. has announced its intention to acquire the Sisson NW Tungsten Project in New Brunswick from arm's length vendors, representing a strategic expansion of the company's tungsten portfolio in a proven district. The acquisition comprises 89 claims covering 4,890 contiguous acres that directly border Northcliff Resources Ltd.'s established Sisson Tungsten Mine.

The timing of this acquisition appears particularly advantageous, coming shortly after Northcliff Resources announced on August 7, 2025, that it had secured approximately $29 million CAD in combined funding from the U.S. Department of Defense and the Canadian Government to advance their adjacent Sisson project. This government backing underscores the strategic importance of tungsten as a critical mineral and validates the district's geological prospectivity.

When combined with Adelayde's existing 4,890-acre Sisson North Tungsten Project, the company will control a substantial land position in the Sisson tungsten district.
