CCC ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF THE FIRST TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UNITS

The Canadian Chrome Company Inc. (CSE: CACR) has successfully closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $85,600 through the issuance of 61,142 units priced at $1.40 per unit. Each unit comprises one multiple voting share and one warrant exercisable at $1.50 per share, with warrants expiring on May 11, 2031, or two business days after completion of a change of control transaction, whichever occurs first.

The financing included participation from company insiders, with Director and Officer Donald Sheldon acquiring 32,284 shares and warrants, representing a related party transaction under securities regulations. The company paid finder's fees totaling $3,150, equivalent to 5% of subscribed amounts, through the issuance of 2,250 additional units to qualifying finders. All securities issued are subject to a standard four-month hold period.

Proceeds from the private placement will support CCC's core business activities focused on the acquisition, exploration, evaluation, and development of large-scale mineral deposits, particularly chromite and other base metals in Ontario's Ring of Fire region.
