At the annual CAC conference, running from September 16 to 18th in Vancouver, B.C., you can hear from the most knowledgeable experts in the field. Top professionals in the coal mining sector have been gathering at this event every year, to find new business contacts and reinforce existing connections - all the while gaining new information that can give them an edge in understanding the Canadian and global coal industry. There are a variety of sponsorship packages available, each appealing to a distinct audience.

There will be a number of speakers on the roster, addressing everything from investment to the future of coal in the international market. There is also a technical program, with experts sharing their knowledge on new environmentally-friendly mining techniques and other emerging technology.

In addition to the informative sessions and panel discussions, there are also a few social events where attendants can expand their network of contacts.

On September 16th at 8 a.m., start the day off with the CAC Golf Tournament at Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club in Pitt Meadows. The fee is $175 per golfer (plus GST) before September 1st, 2015, and there are a number of sponsorship opportunities so that you can see your logo displayed at the tournament.

Later that day, is the Welcome Reception. Meet up with fellow attendants at The Fish House restaurant in Stanley Park. This introductory gathering happens from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Finally on September 17th, there is a banquet, award ceremony and reception that brings everyone together for a spectacular evening.

Conference fees will stay the same, as they have for the past four years. For companies sending multiple delegates, there is an offer of one free full delegate registration for every two purchased.
