Homerun Resources Inc. has executed a Letter of Intent with Nikolaus Sorg GmbH & Co. KG, a German glass manufacturing technology company, to develop a 1,000 tonne per day antimony-free solar glass manufacturing facility in Santa Maria Eterna, Bahia, Brazil. This strategic partnership combines Homerun's project development capabilities with SORG's established glass manufacturing expertise to create what would be a substantial solar glass production operation in the South American market.
