ICSMRI 2015

Hosted by MIRARCO-Mining Innovation and the Canadian Institute for Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, ICSMRI 2015 will invite delegates and speakers from Europe, Australia, South Africa and across North America. This is the first year that the event will be held in Canada—in Sudbury, Ontario, October 25 to 27, 2015.

The International Conference of Safety in Mines Research Institutes (ICSMRI) is known for being the oldest and most prestigious global event with a focus on safety and health in the mining industry. The first conference of its kind was held in the United Kingdom back in 1931, and it has taken place approximately every two years in a variety of different countries.

The conference will include plenary sessions, a technical program, a gala dinner and networking activities to name a few of the attractions. Event attendees can also enjoy tours before and after the conference.
