The International Mining Conference & Expo (IMEX) offers a host of educational and career development opportunities, and networking events for those in the mining and exploration field. The event will be taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, September 23 to 25.
Attendees can take part in various short courses, which cover topics such as sustainable mining, and risk management. On Tuesday there will be a keynote speech entitled, "Overview of the Global Mining Industry" by Magnus Ericsson, chairman and co-founder of Raw Materials Group.
The conference will also include sessions on mineral processing, surface mining, mine haulage, underground mining and global investment.
The exhibit floor will be packed with booths, featuring some of the most innovative professionals in the industry.
