Mason Resources Announces Addition of Victor Cantore and Simon Marcotte to the Board and AGM Results

Over 47% of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company were represented at the Meeting. Results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Meeting on December 16, 2025, in Toronto, Ontario are set out below.
