Mason Resources Highlights Nouveau Monde Graphite’s Groundbreaking Announcements

Mason Resources Inc., a significant shareholder in Nouveau Monde Graphite (NMG), has highlighted a series of transformative commercial announcements made by NMG on October 31, 2025. The announcements represent a major milestone for NMG's positioning within the global energy transition and Canada's critical minerals strategy, with implications for the broader graphite supply chain in North America.

The most significant development is NMG's finalized joint marketing and offtake agreement with Traxys, covering North American and European refractory markets. This agreement provides for the offtake of 20,000 tonnes per annum of graphite concentrate from NMG's Phase-2 Matawinie Mine, with a firm take-or-pay commitment of 10,000 tonnes per year. The arrangement is supported by an exclusive roster of end-users, providing NMG with secured market access for a substantial portion of its planned production.

Additionally, NMG has finalized multiple offtake agreements for its Phase-2 graphite production, demonstrating strong backing from both the Canadian government and commercial customers. The company has also updated its commercial agreement with Panasonic Energy, with plans to launch dedicated initial capacity for active anode material production.
