Vancouver’s ZincNyx Energy Solutions, Inc. receives funding from the Government of Canada

Earlier this year, ZincNyx Energy Solutions, Inc. announced that it has received $2.9 million from Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC). This support will help in the development of ZincNyx’s advanced regenerative flow battery demonstration project.
“We are pleased with the validation of our technology and the $2.9 million support from SDTC as part of a $10 million project to demonstrate an advanced regenerative flow battery. This funding will assist ZincNyx as we move toward launching the first beta site for our energy storage system within the next two months,” said ZincNyx President & CEO Suresh Singh. “The energy storage industry is gaining momentum, and we are poised to demonstrate ZincNyx’s unique energy storage capabilities, which set our system apart from existing ESS technologies.
