Where’s my 70s/80s kids at?
Remember Little Mac from Mike Tyson’s Punch Out? He’d say “He's hurt me, Doc!” when he was getting walloped on.
Don't give up, Mac! Fight!! was always Doc’s response. Never wavering.
Now that could be due to the limitations of memory available on the cartridge at that time, but I’d like to think it was something more meaningful, like it was teaching a generation perseverance.
We all need a Doc in our corner, someone who knows when someone is simply getting walloped on but not yet beaten and be willing to lend squirt of water, a wipe from a towel and an unwavering belief that you can see yourself through the other side of this.
The fight is on, there is a world of liquidity out there and Canada has exactly what it’s wanting, time to fight for attention from the global markets.
It’s an exciting time to be in Canadian Resources, it’s tough out there but that’s what we were built for. I strongly believe that each Canadian Resource Company can capitalize on this influx of retail investors if they can tell their story right, and often.
Attention is a fight won by jabs, not by big knockout swings.
