Today is a huge day for me!

Forgive the self congratulatory tone here here, but I have to tell someone who'll actually get it.

A few weeks ago I launched DIRT PAYS, and it's already pulling its weight. It's early, but the momentum has me stoked, mostly because it solves a problem I know many of you have been living with.

Hiring on the big boards is broken. LinkedIn and Indeed handed the world an "Easy Apply" button, and now one posting buries your HR team under hundreds of applications, most of them nowhere near qualified. The good ones get lost in the pile, and the role never gets filled.
