Mosaic Signs Option Agreement With Castlebar Capital to Sell Up to 100% Interest in the Lichen Project

June 11, 2024 - Montreal, Quebec – Mosaic Minerals Corporation (CSE: MOC) (“Mosaic” or “The Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an option agreement dated June 7, 2024 (the “Option Agreement”) with Castlebar Capital Corporation (TSXV: CBAR.P) (“Castlebar”), pursuant to which Castlebar will be granted an option to acquire (the “Transaction”) up to a 100% interest in the Lichen Project (the “Lichen Project” or “Property”).
