Conquest Resources Limited has successfully completed an upsized private placement financing, raising $415,000 through the issuance of 8.3 million shares at $0.05 per share. The financing was originally planned for $300,000 but was increased by 38% due to strong investor demand, demonstrating market confidence in the company's exploration prospects.

The proceeds will primarily fund exploration activities at Conquest's flagship Belfast-TeckMag Project located in Ontario's Temagami Mining Camp, with additional funds allocated for working capital and general corporate purposes. The project spans over 300 square kilometers of underexplored territory and is believed to have exceptional upside potential for magmatic sulphide deposits containing copper, nickel, and platinum group elements, as well as volcanogenic massive sulphide, iron oxide-copper-gold, and gold deposits.

Conquest's strategic position in the Temagami Mining Camp includes the past-producing Golden Rose Mine at Emerald Lake, acquired through a series of transactions beginning in 2017 and significantly expanded through the 2020 acquisition of Canadian Continental Exploration Corp. The company also maintains a 100% interest in the Alexander Gold Property in the Red Lake Gold Camp, strategically positioned adjacent to Evolution Mining's landholdings along the important 'Mine Trend' regional structure.

The successful completion of this financing provides Conquest with the capital necessary to advance exploration programs at its key properties, particularly important given the current strong market interest in base metals and gold exploration in established mining camps.
