Prismo Metals Reports Positive Results from Reconnaissance Mapping and Sampling at Silver King Project, Arizona

Prismo Metals Inc. has released encouraging results from reconnaissance geological mapping and sampling at its Silver King project in Arizona's Pioneer Mining District, approximately 3.4 kilometers from the giant Resolution Copper deposit. The work follows successful Phase 1 drilling that confirmed shallow silver mineralization and identified porphyry-style alteration at depth in hole SK-26-07.

The reconnaissance program identified two significant sulfide alteration zones or "pyrite halos" - one approximately 800 meters wide and another centered on Silver King extending roughly 600 meters northwest by at least 1,300 meters northeast. The company discovered previously unmapped hydrothermal breccias in Silverado Wash containing pyrite, chalcopyrite and copper oxides, along with evidence of potassic alteration from deeper historic workings. These findings align with the porphyry-style mineralization intersected in recent drilling.

The geological evidence increasingly supports a model of vertical zoning with near-surface epithermal silver mineralization overlying potential porphyry copper mineralization at depth. Historic workings throughout the area show widespread mineralization that may indicate high-temperature porphyry-style alteration systems. The presence of magnetite-chalcopyrite veining, potassic alteration, and multiple intrusive phases provides strong indicators of a productive porphyry copper system.

Prismo plans to complete additional mapping and sampling while awaiting assay results from Phase 1 drilling, expected in early June. The company will integrate these results into 3D modeling to refine targets for Phase 2 drilling. The proximity to the Resolution Copper deposit and the emerging geological model position Silver King as a potentially significant discovery in established "elephant country" for large-scale copper systems.
