Stakeholder Provides Ballarat Exploration Update

Stakeholder Gold Corp. has initiated a significant 2,000-metre exploration drilling program at its wholly-owned Ballarat Gold-Copper Project, strategically positioned in the centre of Yukon's prolific White Gold District. The project benefits from exceptional infrastructure proximity, straddling 20 kilometres of the planned Northern Access Route for Fuerte Metals' Coffee Gold Mine, providing substantial logistical advantages for future development.

The inaugural drillhole BA2601 at the Loki Copper Zone has delivered encouraging results, with the hole extended from a planned 200 metres to 498 metres due to the presence of favorable geology and continuous mineralization. The drillhole intersected an ultramafic unit interpreted as part of the Late Triassic Pyroxene Mountain suite, which is considered highly prospective for Alaskan-style Ni-Cu-PGE mineralization. Mineralization observed throughout the entire drillhole included disseminated, massive, and net-textured pyrite, pyrrhotite, and chalcopyrite, indicating the potential for a significant mineral system.

Recognizing the exploration potential, Stakeholder has substantially expanded its land position by staking 201 additional contiguous claims covering approximately 40.2 square kilometres of the Loki East target. This strategic expansion, combined with planned exploration of the Loki West target, extends the company's exploration corridor along a 35-kilometre regional fault structure. The comprehensive exploration approach includes planned 3D geophysical inversion studies to model the ultramafic intrusion for optimized drill targeting.

The program's scope extends beyond copper-nickel targets to include structurally-hosted gold prospects in the northern portion of the project, including the East Zone, Skye Gold Zone, and Northwest Zone. These targets represent greenfield opportunities with limited historical drilling, positioned along significant structural trends within favorable host rocks. The combination of base metal and precious metal targets, coupled with excellent infrastructure access and strategic location within an established mining district, positions Ballarat as a potentially significant discovery opportunity in one of Canada's premier exploration regions.
