TOCVAN PARTNERS WITH VRIFY TO ACCELERATE EXPLORATION AND ENHANCE DISCOVERY POTENTIAL WITH AI AT GRAN PILAR

Tocvan Ventures Corp. has entered into a strategic partnership with VRIFY Technology Inc., a global leader in artificial intelligence software for mineral exploration, to accelerate exploration activities at its flagship Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico. The collaboration centers on integrating VRIFY Predict, specifically the DORA AI prospectivity mapping software, to generate and prioritize new high-confidence exploration targets across Tocvan's extensive 21+ km² land position.

The partnership leverages Tocvan's comprehensive dataset built from years of extensive drilling, surface geochemistry, and geophysical surveys. The company has completed over 15,000 meters of historic core and RC drilling, with recent highlights including 83.5m @ 1.3 g/t Au and 106.8m @ 0.6 g/t Au. The integration of AI technology is expected to streamline target ranking and accelerate discovery across the district-scale property, which encompasses both the South Block Main Zone expansion and the largely untested North Block alteration zone covering 3.2 km by 1.5 km.

This technological advancement represents a significant evolution in Tocvan's exploration strategy, combining proven fieldwork methodologies with innovative AI capabilities. The partnership with VRIFY, which serves over 180 mining and exploration companies globally, positions Tocvan at the forefront of modern exploration techniques in one of Mexico's most prolific mining regions. CEO Brodie Sutherland emphasized that this initiative will help extract maximum insight from existing data and focus resources on the strongest opportunities for shareholder benefit.

The timing of this partnership is particularly strategic given Tocvan's recent exploration successes and the company's plans for a 50,000-tonne pilot production facility. With robust metallurgical results showing up to 99% gold and 97% silver recovery, and record-high gold prices supporting the market environment, the AI-enhanced exploration approach could significantly accelerate the identification of additional high-grade zones and expand the project's overall resource potential.
