Canuc Resources Announces MoU for IoT Equipment Distribution with M3SH Technologies
June 16, 2020 Canuc Resources Corporation (“Canuc” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: CDA) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (the “MoU”) with M3SH Technologies (“M3SH”) Inc. The MoU enables M3SH manufactured devices to adopt IIoT technology enabling Canuc to distribute and sell purpose built technological solutions in accordance with the Company’s agreement with Ioticiti Networks Inc.
