Inomin Starts Drilling at Beaver‑Lynx

Inomin Mines Inc. has initiated drilling operations at its 28,000-hectare Beaver-Lynx polymetallic project in south-central British Columbia, marking the commencement of the company's largest single exploration investment to date. The approximately $2.3 million program represents a significant milestone as it includes the first-ever drilling at the Lynx block, specifically targeting the Onuki zone with approximately 4,100 metres of drilling planned.

The Lynx block hosts multiple magnetic zones interpreted to reflect underlying nickel mineralization, with previous outcrop sampling at the Onuki zone returning values up to 2,640 ppm nickel. The Onuki zone represents just one of several 3-6 km² magnetic targets identified through airborne surveys and surface rock sampling at Lynx. Mineralization characteristics at Lynx appear similar to the established Beaver block to the north, where Inomin has already delineated multiple zones of near-surface nickel-magnesium-cobalt mineralization with accessory platinum and palladium.

The exploration program is being conducted through a strategic partnership with Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada Ltd., which is funding the exploration under an earn-in and joint venture agreement. This collaboration provides Inomin with the financial backing necessary to advance what management views as a potential district-scale critical minerals opportunity. The project benefits from exceptional infrastructure advantages, including all-season road access, proximity to hydroelectric power, and access to skilled workforce from nearby resource communities.

The strategic significance of this drilling program extends beyond immediate exploration results, as success at the Lynx block could validate Inomin's thesis of Beaver-Lynx representing a district-scale polymetallic system. With exploration to date having focused exclusively on the Beaver block, positive results from Lynx drilling could substantially expand the project's resource potential and establish it as a significant critical minerals opportunity in an established mining region adjacent to Canada's second-largest open-pit copper operation, Gibraltar mine.
