Lomiko Metals Announces Private Placement for Gross Proceeds of up to C$500,000 and Provides Community Update

Lomiko Metals Inc. has announced a private placement offering to raise up to C$500,000 through the issuance of 5 million units priced at C$0.10 each, with each unit comprising one common share and one-half warrant exercisable at C$0.15 for three years. The proceeds will fund general working capital, advancement of the La Loutre natural flake graphite project, and regional graphite exploration activities.

The company provided a significant community update highlighting strengthened partnerships with local construction companies and contractors, demonstrating its commitment to regional participation in southern Quebec. The La Loutre project continues to advance toward its NI 43-101 Preliminary Feasibility Study completion, expected by May 8, 2026. The study forecasts production of approximately 97,000 tonnes of graphite concentrate annually for the first 20 years, followed by 39,000 tonnes annually for the final 8 years of operation. The project is projected to create over 250 construction jobs and 160 permanent production positions, with an estimated revenue potential of C$4.7 billion.
