BC Mining Week

This event pays homage to the mining industry and all its contributions, as well as the people in the field who make it all happen.

BC Mining Week began as a Vancouver event more than 25 years ago. Since then it has grown to include numerous other B.C. communities in the celebrations. The BC Mining Week committee, which is chaired by the Mining Association of BC, has brought together volunteers from a variety of companies, associations and institutions associated with B.C.'s mining sector. The hard work put in by committee members - coupled with sponsorship support - has made the event more successful every year.
