Delta Receives Second Option Payment from Troilus Mining and Showcases Delta-1 Project at ILSG Field Trip

Delta Resources Limited has received the second option payment from Troilus Mining under their previously announced agreement for the Delta-2 property package in Chibougamau, Quebec. The payment consisted of 378,788 common shares of Troilus Mining worth approximately $796,500 at current market prices, representing another milestone in the staged payment structure that could total up to C$8.25 million over three years. This non-dilutive funding strengthens Delta's balance sheet and supports continued advancement of their flagship Delta-1 Gold Project in Ontario.

The growing recognition of Delta's gold assets was further validated through a technical field visit organized as part of the Institute on Lake Superior Geology annual meeting. Twenty-eight geologists and prospectors toured the Delta-1 property, examining the geology, alteration systems, and structural controls at the I-Zone and Eureka Gold Zone. This academic and industry engagement underscores the emerging significance of the Shebandowan gold district and Delta's 340 km² land package within it.

The Delta-1 Gold Project continues to demonstrate substantial exploration potential with the Eureka Gold Deposit extending over 2.5 kilometers in strike length and to depths exceeding 300 meters. Notable drill intercepts include 5.92 g/t gold over 31 meters and 1.79 g/t gold over 128.5 meters, with mineralization remaining open in all directions. The project's location approximately 50 kilometers west of Thunder Bay, adjacent to the Trans-Canada Highway, provides excellent infrastructure access for future development activities.

Executive Officer Ron Kopas emphasized that the second payment from Troilus allows the company to plan beyond 2026 into 2027, while the strong interest from the ILSG field trip validates their belief that Shebandowan is now 'on the map' as a significant gold district. With non-dilutive funding secured and growing industry recognition, Delta appears well-positioned to execute an ambitious 2026 work program that could further establish the strategic value of their gold assets in both Ontario and Quebec.
